- 8 oz cooked salmon
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the 1 large pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Brush the crust with 1 tbsp olive oil, then sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Evenly scatter 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese over the crust, leaving a 1-inch border for the edge.

Flake the 8 oz cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and distribute them evenly over the cheese.
