Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumber, diced into small cubes
- 2 medium tomato, diced into small cubes
- ¼ medium red onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 whole lime, juiced
- ½ tsp sumac
- 1 per person lemon wedges, for serving
