Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons rose syrup
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- ¼ teaspoon saffron strands
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ¼ teaspoon edible gold dust

In a blender, combine 2 cups plain yogurt, 3 tablespoons rose syrup, 0.5 teaspoon cardamom powder, and 0.5 cup cold water.

Blend on high until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds. Taste and add more rose syrup if you prefer it sweeter.

Add 1 cup ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the lassi is chilled, about 20 seconds.
