Ingredients

  • 2 pieces pork loin chops
  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 2 pieces dumpling
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup gravy

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat the 2 pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 2 minutes.

  2. 2

Sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 145°F). Remove and rest on a plate.

  3. 3

In the same skillet, add the 2 cups sauerkraut and 1 cup gravy. Stir and cook over medium heat until hot and bubbling, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

Warm the 2 dumplings in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.

  5. 5

Serve the pork over the sauerkraut mixture with the dumplings on the side, spooning extra gravy over everything.
