Ingredients
- 2 pieces pork loin chops
- 2 cups sauerkraut
- 2 pieces dumpling
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup gravy

Pat the 2 pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 2 minutes.
