Ingredients

  • ¾ bottle (750 ml) red wine (Rioja or Garnacha)
  • 1 whole orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 whole lemon, sliced into rounds
  • ½ lb fresh strawberries, halved
  • 2 tbsp brandy or rum (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup

Instructions

    Pour wine into a large pitcher. Add orange and lemon slices plus strawberry halves.

    Stir in honey (or simple syrup) and brandy if using.

    Add ice cubes and stir gently.
