Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentils, rinsed
- ½ cup bulgur wheat
- 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup fresh mint or parsley, finely chopped
- 8 leaves lettuce leaves (butter or green leaf)
