Ingredients
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- 8 pieces frozen meatballs
- 4 slices char siu (barbecued pork)
- 2 heads bok choy
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

In a large pot, bring 4 cups chicken broth and 2 tbsp soy sauce to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer.

Add 8 frozen meatballs and 2 heads bok choy (halved) to the broth. Simmer until meatballs are heated through and bok choy is tender, about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook 2 packages ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain and divide between 2 bowls.
