Ingredients
- 1 ball (about 1 lb) store-bought pizza or flatbread dough
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp nigella seeds (optional, for authentic flavor)
- ½ tsp coarse sea salt

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Stretch and shape the dough into a 10–12 inch oval on the parchment, roughly 1/4-inch thick.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then brush half of it across the dough surface.

Sprinkle sesame seeds, nigella seeds, and sea salt evenly over the buttered dough.
