Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry sheet
- ½ cup raisins
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp water

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the 0.5 cup raisins, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and 0.5 tsp cinnamon until combined.

Roll out the 1 puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 equal rectangles.

Place a spoonful of the raisin mixture in the center of each rectangle. Fold the corners over the filling and pinch to seal.

In a small bowl, whisk the 1 egg with 1 tbsp water. Brush the tops of the pastries with the egg wash.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and puffed. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
