Ingredients

  • 1 melon (about 2 lbs) cantaloupe, halved, seeded, and sliced into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 melon (about 2 lbs) honeydew melon, halved, seeded, and sliced into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries and raspberries (or mixed berries)
  • 1 whole (juiced) lime
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, torn or sliced
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

    Cut cantaloupe and honeydew into roughly 1-inch chunks, discarding seeds and rind.

    Add cantaloupe, honeydew, and berries to a large bowl.

    Squeeze lime juice over the fruit, sprinkle with sugar and torn mint leaves.

    Toss gently until everything is evenly coated and the sugar begins to dissolve.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours until ready to eat.
