Ingredients

  • ½ whole cantaloupe
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • ¾ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 whole lime
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup unsalted sunflower seeds

    Cut cantaloupe in half, scoop out seeds, then slice into thin wedges and remove the rind.

    Hull strawberries and halve them lengthwise so they sit flat and look layered.

    Whisk honey and the juice of 1 lime in a small bowl until combined.

    Layer cantaloupe, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries in a wide shallow bowl.

    Drizzle honey-lime dressing evenly over the fruit, scatter mint and sunflower seeds on top.
