Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cooked pulled pork
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 whole brioche buns, split
  • ¾ cup coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Heat a skillet over medium-high. Spread butter on the cut sides of both buns.

    Place buns cut-side down in the skillet. Toast until golden brown, 2–3 minutes.

    Transfer toasted buns to a plate. Add pulled pork and barbecue sauce to the skillet.
