Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked pork sausage
- 2 cans (15 oz each) canned black beans, drained
- ½ cup orange juice
- 3 cups collard greens, chopped
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 whole navel orange

Slice sausage into 1/4-inch rounds. Heat a large skillet over medium-high until hot, ~90 seconds.

Add sausage and cook without stirring for 2 minutes until edges brown, then stir and cook 1 minute more.

Add black beans and orange juice, stir once, and simmer until liquid reduces and beans look glossy, ~5 minutes.

Push feijoada to the side of the skillet. Add collard greens and a pinch of salt, stir until wilted, ~90 seconds.

Divide rice between two bowls. Top with feijoada and greens. Slice the orange and lay on the side.
