Ingredients
- 12 oz pork sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 3.5 cups canned black beans (2 cans), drained and rinsed
- 1.5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- ½ medium white onion, diced
- 1 whole bay leaf
- 3 cups fresh collard greens, shredded
- 2 cups cooked white rice (for serving)
- 1 whole orange, sliced (for serving)
