Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the 1 pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp edges.

Cook the 6 slices bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.

In a bowl, whisk together the 4 eggs, 1 cup heavy cream, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper until smooth.

Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and 1 cup cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom of the crust.
