10-Minute Queso Blanco Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white American cheese or Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp jalapeños, minced (fresh or pickled)
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ whole lime

Instructions

    Add cheese and evaporated milk to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.

    Stir in jalapeños and cumin until evenly mixed. The dip should be thick and glossy.
