Ingredients

  • 2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 whole jalapeño, minced (seeds removed for mild)
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Instructions
