Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice

    Whisk together flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and 0.5 tsp salt in a large bowl.

    Whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and oil in another bowl until smooth and combined.

    Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Fold with a spatula until just combined; don't overmix.
