  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger, nutmeg, and cloves, mixed
