- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- ½ cup oil for frying

Heat 0.5 cup oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 2 minutes. Carefully slide in 1 tortilla and fry until it puffs and turns golden, about 30 seconds per side.
