Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

    Preheat waffle iron to medium-high until a drop of water sizzles immediately.

    Whisk eggs, yogurt, honey, and protein powder together until smooth, ~1 minute.

    Add flour and baking powder, stir until just combined—a few lumps are fine.

    Lightly oil the waffle iron. Pour batter to 3/4 full, close lid immediately.

    Cook until steam stops escaping and edges look golden brown, ~4 minutes.

    Slide waffle onto a plate. Repeat with remaining batter.
