Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 whole frozen banana
  • ¾ cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup granola
  • ½ cup fresh berries or sliced fruit for topping

Instructions

    Add yogurt, frozen banana, frozen berries, milk, and honey to a blender.

    Blend on high until thick and creamy, about 45 seconds. Mixture should be spoon-able, not drinkable.
