Ingredients

  • 1 small ripe melon (cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • 8 slices prosciutto di Parma
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

    Cut melon in half, scoop out seeds, then slice into 8 wedges. Trim rind if desired.

    Drape one slice of prosciutto around the center of each melon wedge, letting it drape slightly.
