Ingredients

- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 oz prosciutto
- 2 cups arugula
- ½ cup black olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 475°F with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside. Roll out the 1 lb pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Transfer dough to a floured peel or parchment. Spread 1/2 cup tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.

Sprinkle 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella over the sauce. Add 1/2 cup black olives, distributing them evenly.

Slide the pizza onto the hot stone or sheet. Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and browned in spots, about 10-12 minutes.
