Ingredients

  • 30 pieces dumpling wrappers
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. 1

Finely chop green onions and grate ginger. In a bowl, mix pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger until well combined.

  2. 2

Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold, and pleat to seal tightly.

  3. 3

Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange potstickers in a single layer, flat side down.

  4. 4

Cook until bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Carefully pour in water, then cover immediately.

  5. 5

Steam for 8-10 minutes until water evaporates and filling is cooked through. Uncover and cook 1-2 minutes to re-crisp bottoms.

  6. 6

Slide onto a plate, crispy side up. Garnish with extra sliced green onions if desired. Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
