  • 8 sheets phyllo dough (thawed if frozen)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 whole egg yolks
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a muffin tin with phyllo cups by layering 2 sheets per cup, brushing each with melted butter.

    Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, cream, and vanilla until smooth and glossy.

    Pour custard mixture into phyllo cups until three-quarters full.

    Sprinkle each tart with a pinch of cinnamon.
