Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb french fries
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Cut the 1 lb pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes. Slice the 1 zucchini and 1 onion into thick chunks. Thread pork, zucchini, and onion onto skewers.

Brush the skewers with 2 tbsp olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. If you have dried oregano, sprinkle it on for extra flavor.

Cook the 1 lb french fries according to package directions, usually 15-20 minutes in a 425°F oven until golden and crispy.

While fries cook, grill the skewers over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is browned and cooked through with no pink inside.
