Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 stalks green onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1
Slice the 1 lb pork loin into thin strips. Mince the 2 garlic cloves and chop the 4 green onions, separating white and green parts.
- 2
Heat the 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high. Add the pork strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove pork and set aside.
- 3
In the same pot, add the minced garlic and white parts of green onions. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 4
Pour in the 4 cups chicken broth and 3 tbsp soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- 5
Add the 8 oz ramen noodles to the broth and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- 6
Return the pork to the pot and heat through for 2 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 7
Ladle the ramen into bowls and garnish with the remaining green onion tops. Serve hot.
