Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork shoulder, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 8 oz green beans, trimmed
- 3 cups cabbage, roughly chopped
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced

Add pork cubes and brown on all sides without stirring constantly, 5 minutes total. Work in batches if needed.

Pour in soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and 0.5 cup water. Scrape up browned bits and stir well.
