Ingredients
- 1 lb pork stew meat
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp paprika

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pot over medium-high. Add 1 lb pork stew meat and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove pork and set aside.

In the same pot, add 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp paprika, stir for 1 minute until fragrant.

Return pork to the pot. Add 1 cup tomato sauce and 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until pork is tender, about 20 minutes.

Uncover and simmer for 5 more minutes until sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
