Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork bones
  • 4 servings ramen noodles
  • ½ lb pork belly
  • 8 oz tofu
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    Blanch pork bones in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse.

    Simmer bones with garlic and 8 cups water on low heat for 2 hours, skimming foam.

    Add pork belly to broth and simmer 30 minutes until tender. Remove and slice thinly.

    Strain broth, season with soy sauce and salt. Adjust to taste.

    Cook ramen noodles according to package, then divide among bowls.
