Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough (thawed)
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar or Polish Oscypek cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Divide dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.

    Flatten each ball into a 3-inch round. Place 2 tbsp cheese in the center of each.

    Fold edges up and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    Whisk milk, sugar, and vanilla together. Brush over each bun until glossy.

    Bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts inside.
