Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 5 oz pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Boil penne in salted water until just shy of al dente, ~9 minutes.

    Drain pasta and return to pot. Stir in marinara, pepperoni, garlic, and olive oil.

    Transfer pasta mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
