Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 8 oz yellow pasta (tallarines), cooked
- 1 aji amarillo chili, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat until smoking.

Sear beef in batches until browned, about 2 minutes per batch.
