Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni slices
- ½ cup cooked sausage crumbles
- ¼ cup black olives
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 475°F with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside. Roll out the 1 lb pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch round.
- 2
Transfer dough to a piece of parchment paper. Brush the surface with 1 tbsp olive oil, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
- 3
Spread 0.5 cup tomato sauce evenly over the dough, stopping at the border. Sprinkle 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- 4
Arrange 20 pepperoni slices and 0.5 cup sausage crumbles over the cheese. Scatter 0.25 cup black olives and 1 sliced green bell pepper on top.
- 5
Slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the hot stone or sheet. Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and browned in spots, about 12-15 minutes.
- 6
Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This keeps the toppings from sliding off when you cut.
