Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin steak
- 2 medium bell peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium carrot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce

Slice the 1 lb beef sirloin steak thinly against the grain. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef in a single layer and sear until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp oil, then the 2 sliced bell peppers, 1 sliced onion, and 1 julienned carrot. Stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 4-5 minutes.
