Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans
- 1 large pear
- ½ small red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Cook the 4 slices bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to paper towels, then crumble when cool.

Rinse and drain the 1 can white beans. Thinly slice the 0.5 small red onion. Core and slice the 1 large pear into thin wedges.

In a large bowl, whisk the 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the beans, pear, onion, and most of the bacon to the dressing. Toss gently to coat.
