Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 count hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 count avocado, diced
- ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 batch red wine vinaigrette (3 tbsp red wine vinegar, 0.25 cup olive oil, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, salt and pepper)
