- 3 medium pears
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the 1 pie crust in a 9 inch tart pan, pressing into the edges. Trim excess and prick the bottom with a fork.

Peel and core the 3 pears, then slice them thinly. Toss with 1 tbsp orange zest and 2 tbsp sugar in a bowl.

Arrange the pear slices in a fan pattern over the crust. Dot with 2 tbsp butter cut into small pieces.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crust is golden and the pears are tender when pierced with a knife.
