Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed black tea, cooled to room temperature
  • 2 medium fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Slice peaches in half, remove the pit, and chop the flesh into rough 1-inch chunks.

    Place peach chunks in a blender with cooled tea, honey, and lemon juice.

    Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. The mixture should be pale peachy and homogeneous.

    Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing solids to extract juice.
