Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 1 whole croissant

In a medium pot, bring 2 cups vegetable broth to a boil over high heat. Add 2 cups frozen peas and cook until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes.
