Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry sheet
- 8 oz salmon fillet
- 8 spears asparagus spears
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium carrot
- ½ cup yellow sauce (e.g., hollandaise or lemon-dill sauce)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out the 1 puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut into 4 rectangles.

Place 2 oz salmon, 2 asparagus spears, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, and a few thin carrot slices on one half of each pastry rectangle. Season with salt and pepper.

Fold the other half over the filling and press edges with a fork to seal. Cut 2 small slits on top for steam.
