Ingredients
- 3 whole passion fruit, fresh
- ½ cup lemon juice, fresh
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 cups water, cold
- 1 cup ice cubes

Cut passion fruits in half. Scoop pulp and seeds into a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl.

Press with the back of a spoon to extract juice; discard seeds. You should have ~3 tbsp.

Combine passion fruit juice, lemon juice, sugar, and cold water in a pitcher. Stir until sugar dissolves.
