Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons oil

In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour and 1 tsp salt. Gradually add 0.75 cup water, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.

Divide dough into 6 equal balls. Roll each ball into a 6 inch circle, brush with 0.5 tbsp oil, and fold into a triangle.

Roll the triangle gently into a 8 inch round, keeping it even. Repeat with remaining dough.

Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook one paratha for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook 1-2 minutes more.

Brush the cooked paratha with 0.5 tbsp oil and press with a spatula until golden spots form. Repeat for all.
