Ingredients
- 1 small green papaya
- ½ pound shrimp
- 2 whole lime
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 whole red chili
- ½ cup fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
- ¼ cup shredded coconut

Peel and devein shrimp. Boil in salted water until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and chill.
