Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 20 cookies Oreo cookies, divided
- ¼ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.

Remove from heat. Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time until fully combined.

Fold in flour and salt until no dry streaks remain.

Crush 14 Oreos into rough chunks. Fold into batter.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Crush remaining 6 Oreos and sprinkle over the top.
