Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) canned tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1 whole english muffin, split
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 small handful mixed greens salad
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

    Mix drained tuna with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    Divide tuna mixture between the two English muffin halves and spread evenly.

    Top each muffin half with one slice of cheddar cheese.

    Broil the melts 3–4 inches from heat until cheese melts and edges brown, about 2 minutes.

    While the melt broils, fry the egg in a skillet over medium heat until whites set but yolk jiggles.
