Ingredients
- 10 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices bread, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup cheddar or gruyere cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, chopped

Toast bread slices in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden on both sides, ~2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic over medium heat until fragrant, ~30 seconds.
