- 1 lb cooked octopus
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 1.5 cups canned crushed tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh parsley

Cut the 1 lb cooked octopus into bite-sized pieces and halve the 1 lb baby potatoes. Mince the 3 garlic cloves.

Heat the 3 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the potatoes and 1.5 cups crushed tomatoes. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
