Ingredients
- 8 oz Oaxaca cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 jalapeño
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 375°F. Shred the 8 oz Oaxaca cheese and set aside.

In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add 1 sliced jalapeño and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.

Reduce heat to low, add the shredded cheese and 1/2 cup heavy cream. Stir constantly until cheese melts and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.

Season with 1/4 tsp salt. Remove from heat and smooth the top with a spatula.
